		<description>I agree with Jenny, It appears from the article (and other sources) that to most consultancies, consulting in the developing markets is simply &quot;more of the same&quot; - just in a different location. They should recognise that the underlying needs, behaviours, culture and expectations are not the same as those of the more developed economies - maybe it is time for a new consulting model? 
Even more radical, maybe its McKinsey, the Big 4 etc who should be using other consultants to help them understand these dynamics before they start telling their clients how to go about it!</description>
